Located in Dallas, Arlington, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, Bombshells Restaurant & Bar is seeking eager, dedicated, hard-working management level candidates. Motivated, independent thinkers, who enjoy working in a fast-paced and fun environment and would like to take their restaurant experience to the next level. Positions available:

General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Front of House Managers, and Kitchen Managers.

Generalized Job Description:

· FOH Operations – Responsible for all operations and management activities related to the front of house including team members and overall restaurant presentation on a daily basis. Also maintaining all restaurant equipment is kept and maintained in top operating condition.

· Customer Service and Hospitality – handle all customer related issues and proactively get feedback from your Guests.

· Labor – daily, accurate labor tracking and management (19% for hourly staff)

· Growing revenue – participation in store activities to grow store revenue (outside sales, grass roots, marketing, in-store promotions, in-store customer service).

· Processes and Procedures – following all processes and procedures to make daily operations as efficient as possible.

· Communication – effectively communicate necessary information team on an on-going basis.

· Team Members – Ensure that quality team members are hired, trained, cross-trained, and managed effectively.

· Documentation – Ensure that all necessary and appropriate measures are taken regarding paperwork with Team Members and Guests.

· Office Skills – Proficient capability with the POS, MS Word, Excel, Email, etc. Our operations rely heavily on these. Also making sure the office is kept clean and organized at all times.

· Inventory & Cost Controls – Assist the GM as needed, ensuring inventory levels are accurately tracked and efficiently kept from an overall value perspective; maintain high standards for eliminating of waste, theft, spillage, etc.

· Vendors, Ordering, & Receiving – Maintain quality vendor relationships. Order supply as needed, sticking to company pars, and/or adjusting based on business needs. Being fully capable of receiving product, verifying, signing off and stocking vendor deliveries.

· Training – Manager training is 6-8 weeks based on experience.

· Character – Lead with integrity, loyalty, motivation, and compassion. Lead your team members by example. Create and maintain structure and organization for the store and staff. Help guide and mentor the careers of others under you. Handle high levels of responsibility and independence. Create a fun, energetic, positive work environment for team members. Help grow and protect the Bombshells brand.

  • Minimum 1-year previous restaurant experience, although we do offer on the job training for those who have no experience.
  • Management experience preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: $55,000.00 per year (experience dependent).
