Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they step in.
Manage reservations and waiting lists, ensuring efficient table turnover while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escort guests to their designated tables and present menus, providing helpful information about specials and promotions.
Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth coordination of guest seating and service.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, keeping track of available tables and optimizing seating arrangements.
