Job Description
We are hiring for a Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team within our contact centre in Houghton Regis. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in generating insightful reports from various sources, with a focus on proficiency in Microsoft Excel.This full-time role requires a person who can support the operations administration team to deliver efficient service to Directors and their departments.Salary – up to £30,000 office basedRESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources accurately and efficiently.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support sales performance analysis.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements and ensure accurate representation of key metrics.
- Produce league tables, KPIs, performance reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Liaise with branch network to determine outcomes of all market appraisals booked

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- To be confident in using Vlookups,if statements, sums, pivot tables, graphs, conditional formatting
- Macros would be desirable but not essential
- You will need to be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
