Required Skills
- Possession of a current and unrestricted RN license in Colorado.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a management role within home health or a similar environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and related regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep commitment to providing compassionate and exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Colorado.
- A BSN is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience managing nursing staff in a home health context.
