As a Debt Defense Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our legal team, providing integral support to our partners, attorneys, and paralegals in various legal tasks and administrative duties. This fully remote position requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with various requests
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials
- Maintain accurate client files, manage calendars, and assist in case management
