Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance and support to customers.

Onboarding and Training: Assist customers in the onboarding process, guiding them through product setup and providing comprehensive training sessions.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to relay insights to the product development team, contributing to the enhancement of our offerings.

Renewals and Upsells: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals and upselling additional products or services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
