Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support across multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing information on Walgreens products and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the system.
- Uphold Walgreens’ values of respect, teamwork, and care in every customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Must be comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
