JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Operatives
Temporary (with Permanent opportunities!)
Monday to Friday
Various shifts available
South Kent
£10.50-£13.00 (shift dependant)
My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their thriving team, with a variety of different shifts and working stations available!
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working within a production environment is preferred but not essential, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload!
Duties include:
- Prepare production in accordance with daily order sheets.
- Prepare all raw materials so they’re ready for production.
- Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.
- Escalating any stoppages, faults or imperfections.
- Always adhering to all health and safety/hygiene guidelines.
- Any other duties required.
The right candidate will have / be:
- Experience working within the food manufacturing industry.
- A strong team player.
- Computer literate.
- Helpful, reliable, and confident.
- Quick and methodical.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Flexible and proactive.
