Job Description:

  • Coordination of care to facilitate ongoing communications among the injured worker, employer, physician and workers compensation carrier
  • Collaborate with treating provider to assist with early return to work, reducing lost time and OSHA recordability
  • Comprehensive aggressive case management
  • Assisting patient and employer with navigation of the healthcare system providing guidance to secure the right resources at the right time

 

  • Coordination of Fitness For Duty Evaluations
  • Return to work coordination with employer, treating provider, and patient Pre-authorizations for any treatment or services needed outside of Sterling Urgent Care
  • Assist employers with creating employer protocols for Occupational Medical Services. Build employer protocols in the EMR system.
