Customer-Centric Support: Provide outstanding support to Apple customers by actively listening to their concerns, empathizing with their situations, and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
