Salt Rank is looking for a Paid Media Specialist. This person will be our ad expert that will entirely run, maintain and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads for our clients. This includes display ad design, ad setup, A/B testing, and delivering on ad performance across these platforms. The Paid Media Specialist needs to thrive off of data and constantly conduct ongoing professional research and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends. The Paid Media Specialist will be expected to create compelling ads, monitor and record data for all social media ads, and constantly improve those ads to continually drive results.

 

Additionally, this person will oversee and be the contact and client success manager for our Google Ad, Bing Ad, and Facebook Ad campaigns. They will need to work with the client to ensure ads are in line with their goals and strategies, ensuring delivery of qualified leads. They will work with the client’s Account Manager to deliver successful ads that generate clicks and conversions each month. We work primarily with the Senior Care industry, so any understanding of this market or the healthcare market would be important.

 

Lastly, they will be working directly with our Geofencing team to create display ads and ensure that our Geofencing team is delivering results (no direct campaign management needed).

Salt Rank has grown steadily over the last few years, which has escalated rapidly in past 2 years. Our small team is now servicing nearly 200 active clients nationwide in many areas of marketing. Responsibilities Include:

– Create a strategy for paid ad initiatives for all clients

– Design display ads for display and retargeting

– Manage the implementation and optimization of ad campaigns

– Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns by monitoring and improving ad results

– Monitor short-term and long-term optimizations and development of advertising initiatives

– A/B test ads and ensure we’re pushing maximum performance of our ad budgets

– Communicate information clearly and consistently to the client and account manager

– Work with our clients to ensure ads are designed to their liking

– Conduct ongoing professional research and education, staying up-to-date on industry trends

– Work with our web design and development team to ensure landing pages are designed to maximize impact and increase conversions, while meeting ad relevancy.

– Work to increase impact of the same budget each month, increasing clicks, click-through-rates, conversions and phone calls.

Qualifications:

– 3+ Years Experience with Google Ad, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads

– Google and Bing Ad Certifications

– Must have previous Facebook ad experience with proven success (ad examples will be requested)

– Highly motivated to drive ad results month after month

– Must demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking when solving problems

– Must demonstrate a basic understanding of digital marketing

– Must demonstrate strong conceptual and written communication skills with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary)

– Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clients

– Experience getting conversions and leads from ads, even in tough markets.
