Responsibilities:
As an Online Chat Support Representative, your core responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer support inquiries through live chat on our website and social media platforms.
- Addressing support queries from existing customers and fielding sales inquiries from potential new customers.
Contract Duration: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of using social media and website chat functions.
- The ability to work independently and follow provided instructions closely.
- A weekly availability of at least 10 hours.
- A reliable internet connection.
