Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Support Representative, your core responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming customer support inquiries through live chat on our website and social media platforms.
Addressing support queries from existing customers and fielding sales inquiries from potential new customers.

Contract Duration: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of using social media and website chat functions.
The ability to work independently and follow provided instructions closely.
A weekly availability of at least 10 hours.
A reliable internet connection.
