The Role

The position will lead on industry programming and awards screenings events to engage with voters in the UK and EMEA. They will work closely with the Director, Talent Relations & Awards – EMEA to manage and execute our awards strategy across the region. This will include supporting not only top regional priority titles but also global awards priority tiles. Ideally, they have experience with executing impactful publicity and/or marketing campaigns for films, series, or documentaries. We are seeking someone with a deep knowledge in the UK entertainment business.

The successful candidate will have:

8+ years of experience in the film/entertainment industry with an agency, studio or broadcaster working across publicity and/or marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of awards campaigns and awards voter membership.
Experience leading a team
Comfortable with travel and non-traditional working hours in the evenings and on weekends – due to the nature of the job.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to effectively prioritize.
Responsiveness with a bias towards action.
Highly organized, thorough and very hands on.
Comfortable making tough decisions; being candid and direct.
