Be the connecting link between data and ad creative.
Be on the constant lookout for new formats, hooks, scripts, and angles, especially for video ads, ensuring our content is always one step ahead.
Collaborate with members of the marketing team, ensuring that our creative strategies are always pushing boundaries.

Requirements

2+ years experience in a similar role, managing ad production, creative strategy
You’re curious to find out why certain ads worked, and some didn’t. You dig deep, find the answers, and can translate them into creative briefings.
Passionate about staying updated with the latest trends in the performance advertising world
You have high standards
You’re always learning. If you don’t know how to do something, you know where to find the answers and come up with the best possible solution to your problem, not the conventional one.
You know how to think a few steps ahead, building scalable systems, working smarter, not harder. One challenge that we’re currently trying to solve – how do we generate 20+ video ad creatives per week in the best way possible?
