Position Summary…
What you’ll do…

Want to make a difference in a supporting an important sector? The Project Manager of Global Investigations – Strategic Initiatives is a critical role supporting the legal and regulatory needs of the State Attorney General and Corporate Affairs teams.

 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Previous project management experience
  • Excitement in supporting new initiatives in a fast-paced legal environment
  • A great eye for detail, particularly in reviewing written communications and formal documents
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly when providing complex and detailed information in an accurate and understandable manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Organization, discipline and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders by educating stakeholders on product and program requirements and documentation.
  • Support attorneys on the Strategic Initiatives–State Attorney General and Corporate Affairs Teams and maintain regular contact and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses to inquiries/complaints.
  • Manage initiatives and projects by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives; and communicating and adhering to project management standards and practices.
  • Organize, file, and maintain large volumes of information for case management in Walmart databases.
  • Manage multiple projects or multiple work streams by collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions; following project methodology; aligning multiple project requirements.
  • Manage the intake, organization, and processing of large volumes of inquiries and complaints from state attorneys general offices.
  • Find solutions to project issues; ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule to achieve project goals; monitoring budgets and costs for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.

Minimum Qualifications…

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
