  • 8+ years of Maintenance experience within CPG manufacturing
  • Maintenance Excellence programs include Asset Management, Breakdown Analysis, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance
  • Experience leading a Maintenance Improvement Team in a factory environment with demonstrated results
  • TPM/ PM Pillar Systems and Tools Asset Management Software

 

SUMMARY:

Lead the maintenance of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum equipment run time. In this management role, you will be a key partner between Production and Engineering to drive the maintenance team to deliver reliable equipment at optimal cost.

 

Provide direction to maintenance staff and ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all city, state, and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met throughout the company.

Review the operation of plant equipment and systems regularly to minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems promptly, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance costs, and PM compliance.

Maintain a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

Order equipment and perform upgrades/changes.

Works with Management to attain goals, develop policies, and carry out strategies to increase the profitability and success of the company.

Manages department for safety and compliance with established policies for an accident-free workplace.

In-depth knowledge of repairs and maintenance of processing equipment and systems

Able to lead, coach, and mentor a technical team, and influence change at all levels of the organization.

Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and financial data.
