Job Summary
We are currently hiring for multiple positions of Junior HR / HR Operations / HR Support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and individuals with up to 5 years of experience to develop their skills in HR administration and gain exposure to IT consulting activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess logical and innovative thinking skills, and be dedicated to solving administrative problems in a gentle and smart manner. As a Junior HR professional, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and act as a single point of contact for assigned HR operations.

Responsibilities
Track and manage HR activities, including candidate interviews, trainings, and client billings.
Provide general office administration support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Track and approve timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Follow up on invoices from vendors and clients, ensuring prompt payments.
Monitor and track candidates and work assignments, maintaining accurate records.
Conduct cold calls to candidates, shortlist CVs, and assist in the hiring process.
Identify and forecast new client projects and contracts.
Conduct market research for IT markets in India, US, UK, and Europe.
Collaborate with the HR team on various HR administration tasks.
Assist in travel facilitations and work permits tracking.
Demonstrate expertise in point-to-point tracking and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements and qualifications:

Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
0 to 5 years of experience, freshers are also welcome to apply.
Excellent attention to detail and strong logical thinking skills.
Passionate about HR processes, HR administration, and IT consulting/delivery activities.
Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, Assistant Manager, Accounts Manager, or HR Executive for at least 2+ years.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-have skills: Familiarity with US/UK/European visa processing, knowledge of payroll mathematics.
