Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain The Elite Job IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company goals, ensuring scalability and innovation.
Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to safeguard company data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and evaluating service levels.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential to enhance our infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master preferred).
Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in IT infrastructure management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of network architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Proficiency in IT project management and budgeting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
