Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of ABA therapy services for children on the Autism Spectrum. Founded in Austin, Texas, we are looking for a motivated, top notch Claims Administrator who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. We are a smart, fun place to work. The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, organized, and experienced with multi-project implementation. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls from claimants and provide correct and concise guidance
  • Recognize and report discrepancies to Supervisors and Management
  • Perform analytical review of documentation received
  • Complete wage statements for claimants
  • Must be able to make independent judgements regarding next steps
  • Monitor claim status and generate reports
  • Verify and update information needed on claims
  • Assist in customer claim submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to help gather missing details and support documentation.
  • Familiarity with OSHA plus
Job Requirements
  • Must have relevant prior experience
  • Analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
  • Positive verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma
  • CST or MST based
  • Healthcare, Insurance, or Auto background preferred
