Schedule
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 40+ hours per week with required overtime as needed on Saturdays.

- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Maintain buildings and grounds, elevator, fire systems and HVAC systems.
- Perform sophisticated preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, and building systems operator efficiently.
- Inspect drives, motoes, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, including repair and replacement of defective equipment or parts.
- Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
- Performs other maintenance related duties including but not limited to recording of maintenance and repair work, cleaning and lubricating parts, and dismantling equipment.
