Trade Settlements: Handle trade confirmations, matching, and settlements in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Risk Management: Assist in monitoring and managing operational risks, implementing controls, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Documentation: Maintain and update trade-related documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Front Office, Middle Office, and Compliance, to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to trade discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Prior experience in a back-office role within the financial industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of industry-standard trade settlement systems and processes.
