Virtual Assist USA is on the lookout for a skilled Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our award-winning team. We’re hiring for a part-time to full-time employee role, offering flexible schedules ranging from 20-40 hours per week based on your preference. Please note: This is an hourly employee position, not a contractor role, with a starting pay of $17 per hour.
As a virtual executive assistant, you’ll be the professional face of our company, engaging directly with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Handle executive assistant tasks, including marketing system management, website updates, third-party platform use, content creation, and social media management.
- Ensure an outstanding client experience and seamless customer flow.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports for clients.
- Maintain precise time tracking and reporting.
- Participate in regular team meetings and client strategy discussions; lead client meetings as needed.
What You Bring:
- A proactive attitude and commitment to exceeding expectations.
- The ability to thrive both independently and in a remote team setting.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, CRM platforms, and more.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with experience designing systems and processes.
- Strong research abilities and impeccable attention to detail.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or some college education.
- A minimum of 4 years in administrative support roles.
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant/project manager.
- Expertise with Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and grammar skills.
- A fully equipped home office with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional setup.
