About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at Bristle Health. In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer service department, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience while interacting with our products or services.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues or questions.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to address customer concerns effectively.
Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis.
Identify and report product or service issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (training will be provided). Bonus if you have experience with Intercom and Shopify.
