Serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment
Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing inquiries
Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying and resolving issues
Provide technical support and assist with install/group administration tasks
Maintain a strong client-facing orientation and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

What is Required (Qualifications):

Prior call center experience is required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Capability to develop technical acumen
Strong client-facing orientation with exceptional customer service skills

Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies
