Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.
Resolve customer concerns and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
