JOB DESCRIPTION
Cover Supervisor – Camden
Tempest Resourcing are working with a mainstream Secondary School in Camden who are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to join their team on a long-term basis.
As a Cover Supervisor your role is to support the smooth running of daily school life by covering lessons in absence of class teachers. This role gives you the opportunity to work across all subjects supporting students from Key Stage 3 to Kay Stage 5, gaining great experience for a future career in education.

- Covering lessons in absence of class teacher, ensuring students have a safe and productive learning environment.
- Follow lessons provided by teachers.
- Manage student behaviour in the classroom, following the school’s behaviour policy.
- Confirm student attendance accurately and report any absences to the correct staff members.
- Communicate with students, staff and parents/guardians when necessary, regarding student progress, behaviour and any safeguarding concerns.
