Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage office activities and day-to-day operations.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Handle communication, both internal and external, ensuring a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Previous administrative experience is a plus.
