  • Deliver exceptional technical support to customers remotely, ensuring their Apple devices are functioning optimally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of Apple iOS, macOS, and hardware products.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a remote support environment.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
