Job Description :
Our Client is in the process of replacing multiple outdated legacy systems with a new pension administration system, a project known as Pension Solution. Pension Solution functionality will include, but will not be limited to, contribution reporting and collections, crediting service, member demographic information maintenance, service credit purchases, benefit application processing, benefit calculation, benefit payroll, third party deductions and disbursements, tax reporting, receivables and collections, correspondence and statement generation, and event tracking. Over 200 Our Client staff members are involved in the effort. Our Client’s approach for this project has been to have Our Client’s technical resources work closely with the implementation contractor early and on-going through-out the project
Required Qualifications :

Minimum Technical Qualifications

The proposed project person must meet all of the following minimum qualifications to Our Client’s satisfaction to be given further consideration. Failure to satisfy any of the minimum qualifications upon submittal of the Offer may result in the immediate rejection of the Offer.

As of the Offer Due Date, the proposed project person must havethe following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as evidenced by Attachment II, Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume:

1. At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience programming in a Natural/ADABAS development environment.

2. At least two (2) years of experience following a structured System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

3. At least two (2) years of experience developing and using Job Control Language (JCL) and Time Sharing Option (TSO).

Desirable Technical Qualifications

It is desirable for the proposed project person to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as evidenced by Attachment II, Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume:

1. Experience working with a pension or financial system.

2. Experience developing batch programs to correct database records.

3. Experience with and knowledge of writing Structured query language (SQL) queries.
