Accounts Payable Specialist

Solomon Page has a brand new opportunity to unlock your potential as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Our client in the Non Profit sector is seeking an AP Specialist for a temporary project. This will be a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a national corporation and boost that resume. The perfect candidate will come with at least 2 years of experience with industry experience being a plus! This role starts ASAP, onsite, located in North Austin. • Pay Range: $22 – $27/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely payment of invoices
• Researching any invoice discrepancy
• Vendor management and communication
• Full cycle 3-way match, batch and code

Required Qualifications:

 

• 2-3 years years in AP and/or Accounting
• Non profit industry experience is a plus
• No degree necessary, experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
