Job Description:

 

Costco is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to gain valuable skills in account support and customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with managing and supporting customer accounts through various communication channels.

2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Collaborate with the account management team to identify opportunities to increase customer retention and account growth.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and patterns for account improvement.

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of account support strategies and initiatives.

7. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating databases, and processing paperwork.

8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a seamless workflow and customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions. 6. Strong decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
