Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Aetna, you will assist members with questions regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and services. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information, all while working from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
