Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strive to meet and exceed performance and service quality metrics.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Empathy and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
