Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP at The Elite Job, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, diagnosing speech and language disorders, and providing therapy to our clients via teletherapy. You will work with a diverse caseload and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
Provide high-quality speech therapy services to clients through teletherapy.
Monitor and track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client sessions and progress.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
Master degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Previous experience in speech therapy, especially in a remote or teletherapy setting, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and software.
