Position: Customer Support Representative – Remote

• * Knowledgeable Guidance: Stay updated on Aetna products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• * Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
• * Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

• Qualifications:

• * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
