• Works in a contact environment to support financial products and services. Identify opportunities to improve customer service experience and propose solutions for internal and external customer issues to provide first contact resolution.

• Required Qualifications, United States:
• 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or one demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Degree required:

• Experience managing complex transactions and performing in-depth analysis to resolve complex customer queries. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple Windows computer systems and applications and use search tools to find information. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers.
• The purpose of Microsoft Office is basic
• Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems. Ability to discuss digital improvements to provide a better customer experience.
• Experience in brokerage firm
