Campaign managers will be responsible for handling client-specific requirements, providing advice on the best methods for client communication, and offering expertise in optimization strategy.
  •  A minimum of two to three years of experience managing a media mix across various platforms and channels, particularly paid channels like Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic, is required. Additionally, they should have knowledge of end-to-end campaign management and digital media planning. Our CMs are crucial to the success of a cohesive team and possess a strong internal drive to support the accomplishment of both their individual and team goals.
 You Will Influence People By:.
  •  End-to-end campaign planning, execution, management, and optimization.
  •  identifying the direct response and conversion campaign strategies [brand messaging, calls to action] used in the upper funnel.
  •  collaborating closely with internal teams, such as account management, sales, and advanced analytics, to define metrics and assess the success of campaigns using internal analytics.
  •  throughout the entire life cycle of the digital campaign [from pre-sale to post-sale], demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to Walmart Connect’s best practices.
  •  maintaining and setting up the group’s shared document repository for campaign-specific materials.
  •  managing the ongoing campaign maintenance, including answering internal and external inquiries about the timing, accuracy, and effectiveness of different campaigns.
  •  by providing exceptional client service and emerging as a trusted advisor, one can build, maintain, and grow relationships with internal teams.
  •  collaborating with anti-trafficking teams to implement traffic tags and guarantee precise campaign tracking.

  •  You must have a bachelor’s degree.
  •  2-3 years of complete professional end-to-end experience managing digital media campaigns with the following abilities.
  •  Experience with campaign management overseeing day-to-day campaign maintenance, including answering internal and external inquiries about the precise implementation, timing, and effectiveness of various campaigns.
  •  knowledge of the components of traditional and interactive media planning, as well as experience with building media plans.
  •  knowledge of various digital media channels and products, such as social, display, mobile, paid search, and programmatic. Keyboard proficiency specifically in Paid channels like Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic, etc.
  •  knowledge of running campaigns, managing bids, optimizing campaigns, and managing search and display campaigns on digital media.
  •  experience working with clients, with the capacity to recognize risks and efficiently navigate through problems. Included in this is routinely advising sales teams on insights to clients outlining performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
  •  Gain experience cooperating closely with account management, finance, sales, advanced analytics, optimization, etc.
