•  working familiarity with SIEMs and their assistance.
•  proficiency in performing computer forensics.
•  being familiar with ITILv2/v3 processes like service delivery, service support, and continuous service improvement.
•  Understanding of industry standards and legal compliance, such as HIPAA, SOX, and PCI.
•  an understanding of the DevSecOps or DevOps environment.
