OBJECTIVE

As a Cabin Experience Agent, you will work with a new team whose goal is to ensure that everything the aircraft does meets the Delta CareStandardSM level of cleanliness for each flight and inspires the customer experience. Starting salary is $15.76 per hour. Additional wage increases have been ongoing for 4.5 years to a current maximum of $20.60 per hour.

Real estate agents will work between 20 and 40 hours per week. Activities include squatting, bending, standing and walking. Repetitive work tasks, such as cleaning and searching the aircraft in addition to working in tight spaces and kneeling for long periods in the cabin. Sometimes, these projects must be completed in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, to name a few).

Summary of Services (not all services complete):
  • Thoroughly clean, sanitize and sanitize the aircraft cabin, including all cabin seats, bathrooms, toilets, crew lounges and terminals. Pick up and transport cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies required for aircraft maintenance.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
