Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and respond to emails in a prompt and professional manner.
Office Administration: Assist in general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Keep office supplies stocked and order new supplies as needed.
Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings as required.
