Full Job Description

  • The applicant must travel and work with the touring production in theaters throughout the UK and Ireland in order to perform this job. Working on various touring UK productions is part of the job description.
  •  The Assistant Retail Manager helps the Retail Manager run the day-to-day operations of the business and make sure that every Guest has the best Disney experience possible. This is achieved by consistently providing exceptional guest service, expanding and managing the sales team, upholding visual standards, and abiding by established policies and procedures.
  •  while serving as the team leader during duty shifts, maintains consistency in management approach and drives sales, standards, and service to meet requirements. as a valuable member of the management team, develops and implements innovative ideas to boost revenue and profit. In addition to timely and effective communication, performance and sales trend analysis also produces leads. shows support by being inventive and well-organized. Potential venue planning and active participation in load-in and load-out procedures.
 Both the chance and the duties:.
  •  coordinating with fellow managers to manage daily back-office and sales floor operations. driving sales and service goals while serving as a sales floor leader.

  •  Participates in and supports the supervisor’s and sales team’s training in the area while providing ongoing guidance and support throughout the event’s run.
  •  Help with overseeing the loading and unloading of all merchandise operations, including inventory, POS stations, and kiosks, office supplies, and other related tasks.
  •  Plans for kiosk placement within the venue, dealing with constraints and difficulties, building on prior achievements, and exploring new environments by anticipating/solving issues beforehand.
 The following Experience Is Required:.
  •  possessing experience working with a retail sales team to achieve management’s goals for service, presentation, and sales.
  •  It is preferred that you have some experience with the world of theatrical tours, though it is not necessary.

 Additional information:.
  •  Shifts are typically eight hours long from Monday through Sunday. However, the duration of each shift will be decided by the demands of the company.
  •  Shift times may change in accordance with the performance schedule and operational needs. Assigned shifts may begin as early as 9am and end as late as 11pm, depending on the needs of the company. Each worker is required to be accessible during the day, at night, and on weekends.
  •  weekends.

For the touring production, the actor or actress who plays this part must travel to theaters throughout the UK and Ireland.
