For The IT Facilities Team At Delta, You Will Perform The Duties Of An IT Business Analyst – IT Facilities To Provide IT Governance Of Professional Services, Project Management, And Support To Guarantee The Ongoing Viability Of The Crucial Infrastructure That Underpins Our Airport Communication Rooms.

 The Following Are The Duties Of Delta’s IT Facilities Team.

•  All Site Implementations, Inventories, Infrastructure Planning, Escorting, Preventative Maintenance, And Break/Fix Services For Critical IT Certification Labs, Remote Communication Room Equipment, And Infrastructure For Data Centers Are All Under The IT Governance Umbrella.
•  IT Labs Are Supported To Provide Workstations, Hardware, And Access To Our Client Engineering Teams So They Can Test Their Applications.
•  Break-Fix Tasks At Remote Communication Rooms Are Coordinated Remotely In Collaboration With Professional Services.
•  Administration, Management, Upkeep, And Supervision Of All Vital Facility Infrastructure For Data Center And Remote Communication Room Hardware.
•  Standards For Physical Layer IT Infrastructure, Power, Cooling, And Data Center And Remote Communication Rooms Are Being Developed.
•  Maintain The Integrity And Service Continuity Of The Underground Fiber Ring Connecting Campus Facilities And The Airport In Atlanta By Supporting It.
•  Making Recommendations For And Carrying Out Departmental Policy, Standards, And Procedures.
•  Ensures Adherence To All Governing Corporate Standards And Guidelines.
•  Management Of Capital Improvements, Upgrades, And Enhancements For Data Centers And Remote Communication Rooms.
