  •  The Information Technology Division’s Information Technology Team includes this position.
  •  Responsibilities include assisting coworkers with all aspects of end-user computing, including peripheral and PC desktop/laptop system upgrades, hardware/software installs, and general maintenance.

  •  IT users’ desktop hardware and software is configured, installed, watched over, and maintained; a mobile workforce is supported.

  •  troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to infrastructure in conjunction with other departments.

 The prerequisites are at least a high school diploma and work experience.

  •  an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or relevant work experience or training.
  •  3 years’ worth of “hands-on” IT support and troubleshooting experience for a range of PC desktop software and hardware issues.
  •  In a Windows/TCPIP environment, prior experience directly supporting desktop computers is required.
 It is preferred that candidates have education and work experience.
  •  A grade of A+.
  •  A MCP or MSE certification is advantageous.
  •  a working knowledge of the IT infrastructure at an airport or airline.
 Information, Authorizations, and Certifications.
  •  thorough knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10.
  •  knowledge of ticketing and workflow systems.
  •  skills in problem-solving and VPN connectivity knowledge.
  •  Possibility of working independently while contributing in a group-based, cooperative environment.
  •  At least 30 pounds must be able to be lifted.
