Job Description:
The Internal Business Partners Of CVS Health’s Internal Audit Department Receive Top-Notch Services That Consistently Meet And Exceed Their Expectations. We Work Proactively With Our Business Partners To Focus On The Most Significant Risks And Challenges The Organization Is Facing, To Deliver Results That Significantly Advance The Cause, And To Offer Insightful Analysis And Practical Solutions. We Are Constantly Looking For Ways To Streamline Our Audit Procedures And Use Technology In Novel Ways To Deliver Value.
The Manager Will Establish And Oversee A Team Of Approximately 6 Audit/Compliance Professionals In Order To Manage The Issuance Of 25 SOC1 And SOC2 Reports For The CVS Health Pharmacy Shared Services And Health Care Benefits Business Segments In Accordance With SSAE 18 Guidance. The Manager Will Report To The Senior Manager Of The Sarbanes-Oxley And Controls Assurance Team. It Will Be The Responsibility Of This Role To Continuously Assess How Our IT Processes Contribute To The Effectiveness And Efficiency Of The Main Control Structure Of The Business And To Suggest Process Improvements. The Position Will Also Work With Cross-Functional Project Teams, Adding Value To Help CVS Health Reach Its Transformational Objectives.
EXECUTION AND PROGRAM STRATEGY.
– Oversees All Aspects Of The Annual Reporting Process, Including Planning, Walkthroughs, Narrative Updates, Testing, And Issuance.
– Evaluates Important Controls In Accordance With ICFR Program Specifications And Discusses Testing Strategies With Internal Audit Management, External Auditors, And Business Partners.
Establishes, Oversees, And Reports On All Project Plan Milestones For Report Issuance To Internal Audit Management On A Regular Basis.
– Evaluates Shortcomings For Related Business Segments. Collaborates On Workable Remediation Ideas With Business Partners And Outside Auditors.
– Recognizes The Goals Of Risk Assessment, The Design Of Controls, And The Financial Frameworks For Relevant Business Segments. Explains These Ideas To The Internal Audit Team And Your Business Partners.
