Assisting passengers with assistance in boarding the aircraft and around the airport, making the passenger journey more comfortable.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

Greet passengers by always asking for assistance, explaining the process to the passenger, and preparing them for check-in and security. Help passengers through check-in and security procedures and help them get through the gate or airport.
Ensure that the collection of wheelchairs is near the airport and return them to the required storage area. Passengers with their hand luggage are going to their plane.
Collect incoming passengers from the aircraft or immigration detention center and escort them to Immigration/Passport Control and the Baggage Hall to identify their luggage. From HM Customs to the Arrivals Hall.
Perform all tasks efficiently on mobile devices. Call the operators to inform them of any other passengers.
In the event of a delay or disruption, liaise with the Operations Coordinator, flight attendants and controllers to ensure passengers are kept in control. Drive passengers into the airport with proper equipment.
Provide lifting assistance as needed using the S-max, pro-move sling, or wheelchair. Make sure the information is regularly updated with your progress with the traveler.
Manage all company resources provided to you on a daily basis. Complete an accident/accident report for any problems you may encounter, including any lost items (recording any injuries from accidents to yourself or customers).
To provide legendary services to all travelers. Dress well.

Important standards for air traffic
