As a member of a creative strategy team within Product Creative Studio, The Strategist is in a unique position to combine data-driven A/B testing with the highly creative world of Netflix Originals. A personality and skill set that can easily switch from the arts to the sciences and back is necessary for the strategist position. It equally engages the left and right brains. The Product Creative Studio team works together, plans, and develops engaging assets to link our subscribers to the Netflix content they love in order to guarantee a successful launch on a global scale. In order to tell a story and captivate audiences with our brand, you will collaborate with our Content team and the Marketing team to create stunning, inspirational creative in the form of still images and video elements.

You have the chance to affect how members from 190 different nations present, read, and think about British titles. This team is at the forefront of an ongoing Netflix initiative to improve both the creative elements that underpin our product experience and the experience itself.

It may occasionally be necessary for this position, which is based in our London office, to travel to Netflix offices in the US and Europe.

The Product Creative Studio Strategist is in charge of managing the entire lifecycle of a show, from concept to product deployment across multiple platforms, as well as the release of Netflix branded series and films that are produced in the UK, on the Netflix streaming service. You will combine content, marketing, PR, social campaign elements, product strategy, and testing to create a collection of priceless assets that will help Netflix subscribers choose what to watch and provide important title context.

As important as working with studio and showrunner partners in the UK is being able to establish trusting relationships with various Netflix groups.
