Your own clientele will be managed through strict pipeline management and prospecting.
You’ll be primarily in charge of directing the entire sales cycle through inside sales. You’ll place the first calls, qualify the leads, and then seal the deals.
You will become an expert in all Yelp products, including Yelp Reservations, Waitlist, Connect, and Advertising, as well as their individual value propositions.
You’ll be aware of additional restaurant solutions on the market that help owners of restaurants grow their businesses.
Your ability to successfully navigate objections and ask insightful questions will be crucial to your ability to quickly adapt product recommendations to the client’s needs.
Your monthly sales targets will be met, and frequently exceeded.

You have a bachelor’s degree and have been employed in outbound sales for at least 18 months.
Knowledge of front-of-house management tools, waitlist and reservation systems, and other restaurant technology is an asset.
You have excellent communication skills and are not afraid of the phone.
You are a savvy user of email and computers in general; Salesforce expertise is a plus.
You have a positive outlook and are committed to success.
In a busy environment, you are able to organize your tasks into priority lists and use your time well.

On the first day of employment, employees are eligible for full medical, vision, and dental coverage (free employee-only plans are offered).
