To offer a 5-star experience to our small business advertisers, the Yelp Customer Success team is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Representative. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be dedicated to assisting, advising, and maintaining our advertisers after the sale. Would you like to support the expansion of neighborhood businesses?

You will improve Yelp’s capacity to retain customers and generate revenue by providing excellent and prompt customer support.
You’ll upgrade a client’s advertising campaign when appropriate, deal with escalations as needed, and prevent cancellations.
You’ll help and instruct Yelp advertisers by responding to a lot of incoming calls and emails.
By emphasizing the monetary returns on their investment, you can use ad performance metrics to convince clients that Yelp is worthwhile.
Your success will depend on your ability to pose pointed queries and respond to denials. You will gain expertise in Yelp’s advertising options and be able to swiftly modify product recommendations to satisfy customer demands.

You have three or more years of relevant client-facing experience, a bachelor’s degree, or both.
You have a history of upselling and client retention (strong preference).
You are well-versed in the technical aspects of computers and information systems.
You express yourself clearly both orally and in writing.
In terms of problem-solving and troubleshooting, you are an expert.
You’ve previously worked in small business, sales, marketing, or account management.
You value local small businesses and recognize their significance to regional economies.
You are very organized and have excellent time management skills because you can keep track of and complete many details.
You can handle difficult conversations with business owners in an adult, solution-focused manner.
You can strike a balance between consulting and supporting as necessary.
You’re willing to take advice from others and act on it.
You’re able to adjust to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
