Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
Set and monitor performance standards to ensure high-quality customer service.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
Provide regular training and coaching to the customer service team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
A customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM and customer support software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
