Customer Service Advisor

£21,600 – £23,000 per annum

Gloucester

Our client is a leading provider of health assessments, phlebotomy services and expert laboratory testing and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will have a variety of tasks including making, and receiving calls, updating records, and replying to e-mails.

You will be the main point of contact for their laboratory and prospective clients and deal with urgent queries and complaints without delay.

You will be required to perform general laboratory duties such as sample opening, sorting, labelling, data entry, equipment checks, cleaning, and disposal of waste.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy is important to this role as you will be updating the database, client records and internal documentation
  • Self-starter who is confident in managing your own workload

You’ll ideally have proven experience of working in customer service role and work well within a team.
